Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are entered into by UAB ProLong Lab, registered at Dominikonų g. 11-101, LT-01131 Vilnius, Lithuania ("Company," "we," "us"), and you. By accessing or using bettrstrips.com or any services offered on it (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. This Agreement applies to all visitors, customers, and other users of the Site. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

The Site and its services are available only to individuals at least 18 years old who are capable of entering a legally binding contract. If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when you complete checkout, including confirming acceptance of these Terms and clicking the final purchase button. Order details — pricing, payment method, delivery terms — are shown to you before you confirm.

4. Rules of user conduct

You agree not to use the Site in violation of any applicable law, to post unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content, to infringe on anyone's intellectual property, to introduce malware, or to interfere with the Site's normal operation. Automated access (scraping, bots) is not permitted without our written consent. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of this section.

5. Mobile terms of service

By consenting to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to receive texts including order updates and promotional offers. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. 6. SMS/MMS mobile message marketing program terms

Our mobile messaging program (the "Program") is governed by these terms and our Privacy Policy. By opting in, you agree to receive automated marketing messages at the number you provided; consent to receive these messages is never a condition of purchase. To opt out, reply STOP to any message — this is the only method we recognize as a valid opt-out; verbally asking a team member or texting other words does not count. Message frequency varies and additional messages may be sent based on your activity with us. You must own or have use of a wireless device capable of two-way messaging.

7. Subscriptions & automatic renewal

Some Crave Melts orders are sold on a recurring subscription basis. If you choose a subscription at checkout, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring schedule until you cancel. Full disclosures — including how to cancel, cutoff timing, and price-change notice — are set out in our separate Subscription Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, images, and software — belongs to the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

9. Your use of user content

If you post content on the Site (reviews, comments, testimonials), you confirm you own it or have the right to share it, and that it isn't illegal, defamatory, or infringing. We may remove any content that violates these Terms at our discretion.

10. Company's use of user content

By submitting content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it for promotional and operational purposes, unless a separate agreement states otherwise (e.g., paid UGC).

11. Links to third-party websites

The Site may link to third-party websites we don't own or control. We don't endorse and aren't responsible for their content or practices. You use them at your own risk.

12. Disclaimer of representations and warranties

The Site and our products are provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing on the Site is medical advice. Your use of the Site is at your own risk, and we disclaim warranties to the fullest extent the law allows.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including lost data, profits, or goodwill. This doesn't limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the Site or breach of this Agreement.

15. Data handling

Data you provide may be processed by us or our service providers in Lithuania, the United States, and other countries where our vendors operate, with appropriate safeguards in place. See our Privacy Policy for details.

16. Availability of website

We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee the Site will always be available; temporary downtime may occur for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

17. Discontinued products

We may modify or discontinue products without notice. If a product you've purchased or subscribed to is discontinued, we'll offer a substitute or a refund where appropriate.

18. Fees and payments

Prices are shown in USD and include any applicable sales tax at checkout. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers; we don't store your full card details.

19. Return & refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy — see our full Return Policy for eligibility and process. In short: products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase, to qualify for a full refund.

20. Refund policy for subscription orders

Refunds on subscription orders follow the pricing you were actually charged (subscription rate, not list price) and are subject to the same unopened/unused condition described in our Return Policy and Subscription Cancellation Policy.

21. Medical disclaimer

Nothing on this Site is a substitute for professional medical advice. Do not use our products if pregnant, nursing, under 18, or taking medication without first consulting a doctor. Crave Melts is a general wellness product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

22. No third-party beneficiaries

This Agreement is between you and the Company only. No third party has any rights under it.

23. Compliance with local laws

You're responsible for ensuring your use of the Site complies with the laws that apply to you.

24. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

25. Dispute resolution

Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lithuania unless applicable law requires otherwise.

26. Titles and headings

Section headings are for convenience only and don't affect interpretation.

27. Severability

If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.

28. Strict prohibition on resale, redistribution, and unauthorized commercial activity

Products purchased from this Site are sold exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. Resale, redistribution, commercial diversion, or marketplace listing of our products is strictly prohibited unless you've entered into a written Wholesale Program agreement with us. No verbal, implied, or assumed consent will be recognized.

Unauthorized resale is a material breach of this Agreement. By purchasing from this Site, you agree that any attempt to resell, divert, re-market, repackage, rebrand, or list our products for sale — online, offline, domestically, or internationally — is an immediate and material breach. We may pursue all available civil and administrative remedies, including order cancellation, account termination, blacklisting, monetary damages, recovery of investigative costs, and legal action.

Listing our products on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart Marketplace, Alibaba, AliExpress, Facebook Marketplace, or any other third-party platform without our written authorization is expressly forbidden and will be treated as infringing, misleading, and deceptive commercial activity, subject to immediate takedown action.

Unauthorized resale voids all guarantees and benefits — resellers forfeit all rights to refunds, returns, product guarantees, product support, replacements, and subscription benefits. You may not use our trademarks, product names, logos, packaging, images, descriptions, claims, or marketing language to promote, list, or sell our products; doing so constitutes trademark infringement, copyright infringement, and false association.

We may monitor online marketplaces, conduct test purchases, track order patterns, and use third-party brand protection services to identify unauthorized resale, and may use any information gathered as evidence in enforcement action. We may cancel or refuse any order that appears suspicious, unusually large, repetitive, or consistent with resale or diversion behavior, and may refuse future service to anyone engaged in such activity. We may file takedown notices — including Brand Registry violations, trademark complaints, counterfeit complaints, DMCA notices, and IP enforcement filings — without prior notice to the violating party.

You agree to indemnify us for all damages related to unauthorized resale, including legal fees, administrative fees, marketplace enforcement costs, reputational damage, consumer confusion claims, and product liability arising from improper storage or resale conditions.

29. Anti-spam policy

We collect personal information — such as your name, address, phone number, email, IP address, and any notes, testimonials, or comments you share with us — to operate, improve, and promote our services; provide customer support; market to you by email and SMS; run advertising and retargeting (including through Google and Meta); process payments; prevent fraud; and fulfill orders. We will never share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing without your explicit permission. By submitting your email, you agree to receive emails from us; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We don't send unsolicited commercial email.
