Subscription Cancellation Policy

We offer a flexible subscription option on Crave Melts so you never run out. If you've subscribed, here's everything you need to know about managing it.
Subscription management
You can cancel, skip, or pause your subscription any time from your account on bettrstrips.com, or by emailing support@bettrstrips.com.
Cancellation terms
To avoid being charged for your next renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Once canceled, you won't be billed again, and your subscription stays active through the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds on subscriptions
Per our Return Policy, only unused and unopened products qualify for a return. Subscription charges for orders that have already been processed are non-refundable unless there's an error or defect with the product.
Automatic Renewal Terms

What you're agreeing to
Choosing a subscription at checkout authorizes us to automatically charge your payment method, on a recurring basis, for the product, quantity, and delivery frequency you selected — at the subscription price shown at checkout, plus applicable tax and shipping — until you cancel. Each renewal ships a new order of the same product.
When you're charged
Your first charge happens when you place your order. Renewal charges happen on the date shown in your subscription confirmation email and account, at the frequency you chose.
Reminders
We'll email you at least 3 days before each renewal so you have time to skip, change, or cancel before the 24-hour cutoff above.
How to cancel online
Sign in to your account on bettrstrips.com, open your subscription, and select Cancel. You don't need to contact support or complete any other step. We may ask why you're canceling — answering is optional.
Other ways to cancel
Email support@bettrstrips.com from the address on your subscription, and we'll cancel it and confirm by email.
When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation stops all future renewals. A renewal already processed and sent to our warehouse before we receive your cancellation will still ship, and is subject to our Return Policy.
Skipping, pausing, and changing
From your account, you can skip the next renewal, pause your subscription, change delivery frequency, or update your address or payment method. Changes apply to the next renewal that hasn't yet been processed.
Price and term changes
If we change the subscription price or any other material term, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, so you can cancel before then if you'd prefer. If a promotional price applied to your first order, the regular subscription price shown at checkout applies to renewals after the promotion ends.
Payment updates and failed payments
If a renewal charge fails, we'll email you to update your payment method and may retry the charge. If it keeps failing, we'll pause or cancel your subscription. We never charge fees for failed payments.
Your consent
By selecting a subscription option and completing checkout after seeing the price, frequency, and these cancellation terms, you give your affirmative consent to this Automatic Renewal Terms section. We'll send a confirmation email repeating these terms with your cancellation instructions.
