Return Policy

1. Eligibility for returns

1.1. Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date shown by carrier tracking.

1.2. To qualify, products must be unopened, unused, in original sealed packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

1.3. If you purchased multiple units and opened only one, the remaining unopened units are still eligible for a partial refund.

1.4. For health and hygiene reasons, any strip pack that's been opened, used, or is not in its original sealed condition isn't eligible for return.

2. Return procedure

2.1. Contact support@bettrstrips.com first with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back.

2.2. Returns sent without prior authorization won't be accepted.

2.3. Unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error, you're responsible for return shipping costs.

2.4. Once your return is authorized, we'll provide the correct return address and instructions.

3. Refunds

3.1. Refunds are issued once we've received and inspected the returned product and confirmed it meets the conditions above.

3.2. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method only.

3.3. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.

3.4. Shipping fees are non-refundable; only the product cost is refunded.

4. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products

4.1. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us at support@bettrstrips.com within 7 calendar days of delivery.

4.2. We may ask for photo or video evidence before approving a replacement or refund.

4.3. Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

5. Subscription orders

Subscription refunds are based on the price you actually paid (the subscription rate), not the full list price. See our Subscription Cancellation Policy for how to cancel and avoid future charges.

6. Exclusions

This Policy doesn't apply to: products bought through unauthorized resellers, free samples or promotional giveaways, or products damaged by misuse or failure to follow usage instructions.

7. Amendments

We may update this Policy at any time. The version live on this page at the time of your purchase governs your transaction.
